Writing Storms
I like to write. I like to write about storms, because I feel like they are hiding inside me:
Tornados and wild winds, and hurricanes. Thunderstorms, blackened skies and lightning. Soft storms and gentle rain from grey, heavy clouds.
The tumult and crazed confusion of lashing showers and cold; like the emotions spinning out of control inside my chest. Blurred vision, drowned breaths, and a mouth glinting and wet with water.
My arms open and spin beneath the deluge. My hair whisked tight around my face. Dripping fingers and clothes, icy as the downpour continues. And God's voice echoes across the sky.
I like to write. I like to write about storms, because I feel... because I am sure
I am one
